HKP feed-through press for board production

A modern feed-through press was put into operation in Belgium. The customer requirements were solved best by Höfer Presstechnik. The customer placed great importance on the highest possible degree of automation along with ergonomic working conditions for its employees. The pure contract manufacturer had previously manufactured with 3 conventional veneer presses in its spacious production facilities. But as capacity had been reached, the procurement of a pressing line was contemplated. Through our competent manner and numerous renowned references along with our ideal implementation of the customer requirements we were able to hold our own against renowned competitors.

Now the customer produces the same quantity of plate materials in only 2 days with 2 employees that previously took an entire week.

The increased income significantly shortened the planned amortisation time. According to our satisfied customer, this investment – a large one by its standards – was one of its very best decisions.
